Introducing a solo tuba piece to an audience at Abbey Park Community Centre,
West Bridgford, Nottingham.

I have selected and recorded two contrasting pieces to download.
The first, by J.S. Bach was introduced to me by a very fine tuba player and composer, Andrew Duncan. You can find out more about his work by visiting www.lewismusicpress.com. Bach's composition was originally written as a virtuoso study of organ pedal technique, and works well for solo tuba.

The second is Groove Tube, written for me last year by freelance trumpet player and composer Peter Wraight. It quotes practically every bass line known to 20th Century man - and it's fun to play !
