Engineering a sustainable future

Mark Breitschadel, Physiotherapist
Mark works from The Ashbourne Physiotherapy and
Sports Injuries Clinic. A physiotherapist with wide experience of
professional sports training, he oversaw Jon's fitness programme in
preparation for the Year of the Artist East Midlands tour. Having been
thoroughly prepared with a comprehensive programme of musculo skeletal
exercises, Jon was able to complete a total of 1,184 miles in good shape.

Richmond Cycles has branches in Richmond upon Thames and
Hammersmith. The staff at the Richmond Branch expended considerable
time and expertise in adapting a top flight mountain bike to meet the
unique needs of Inner Tuba. The cycle was loaned to Inner Tuba for the
build up to and duration of the Year of the Artist East Midlands tour, and
has subsequently been purchased from Richmond Cycles by Inner Tuba at very
generous terms.

Douglas Gill International is an East Midlands based company
with an enviable reputation for the manufacture of fine sailing and cycling
clothing. They supplied a large quantity of cycle clothing from their
extensive range - everything from high wicking base layers to storm proof
shells. Their practical and stylish cycle clothing kept Jon dry and
comfortable in all weathers during the Year of the Artist East Midlands tour.

Blind Fashion by Sander Shade
The company manufactures high quality interior blinds from their
premises in High Wycombe. The management are particularly keen to
support Inner Tuba because of its varied elements - music,
the environment and sports. Having initially offered financial
support to the Year of the Artist East Midlands tour, Blind Fashion

funding for the design and build of a new, full suspension trailer.
